Me to myself a few minutes ago while walking out of work: “Hey, I did really well today with calories! I can either go to bed with a deficit and maybe undo all of the $hit I ate last weekend, or I can have an exciting dinner!”*
Me to myself just now: “Crap. Forgot I ate that cupcake.”
*Exciting dinner options considered by this cheese-atarian were Kraft Mac & Cheese or a loaf of bread from Shula’s with olive oil, pepper, and Parmesan cheese. Wild!
